What a world we live in now. Rarely do I get a phone call from a long term client. Usually conversations are exchanged over email or some other form of communication. Sending quotes, invoices, etc.. We often will conduct projects for clients that are solely over email. Not by our choice but the clients preference. I am old fashioned and I love to sit in front of customers and learn about their business. But I am practical and realize that is not always possible.
Messaging is the backbone of any organization. Years ago if the phone system went down that was the worst case. Now if email goes down it is critical to most business operations.
